Rescheduling:

 

We understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances prevent students from being able to attend their lessons. Therefore, lessons can be rescheduled if at least 24-hour notice is given prior to the lesson that is to be missed. Lessons will be rescheduled for a time-slot that works for both the instructor and the student. If less than a 24-hour notice is given or if no notice is given, rescheduling is not available. However, lessons will continue the following week on the regularly scheduled day and time. Refunds are not available.

 

 

Late Arrivals:

 

Students who arrive late cannot be guaranteed their full lesson time. Refunds and rescheduling are not available.

 

 

 

Holidays and Instructor Cancellation:

 

Students who have lessons that fall on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, or July 4th will be given the option to reschedule. If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, students will be given the option to reschedule.
